Ogólnopolski Konkurs „Nasze Kulinarne Dziedzictwo – Smaki Regionów” jest przedsięwzięciem, którego celem jest identyfikacja i promocja tradycyjnej, regionalnej żywności oraz upowszechnianie wiedzy na temat żywności wysokiej jakości. Organizatorem Konkursu jest Polska Izba Produktu Regionalnego i Lokalnego we współpracy z Marszałkiem Województwa Opolskiego oraz Opolskim Ośrodkiem Doradztwa Rolniczego w Łosiowie.
Konkurs jest organizowany w dwóch etapach – pierwszy tzw. regionalny odbywa się na terenie województwa opolskiego, gdzie Komisja Konkursowa przyznaje regulaminowe nagrody i wyróżnienia oraz nominuje produkty do nagrody „Perła”. Drugi etap to finał krajowy Konkursu, który odbędzie się w trakcie trwania targów „Smaki Regionów”, gdzie podczas uroczystej gali wręczone zostaną statuetki „Perły”.
Finał wojewódzki Konkursu zostanie zorganizowany 7 czerwca 2026 r., podczas Święta Województwa Opolskiego na Zamku w Mosznej.
Konkurs odbędzie się w dwóch kategoriach: produkt regionalny oraz potrawa regionalna. Regulamin Konkursu określa zasady, warunki oraz przebieg Konkursu.
Karty zgłoszenia produktów i potraw należy przesłać do 8 maja 2026 r.
Prawidłowo wypełnione karty zgłoszenia w obu kategoriach należy przesłać do jednej z poniższych instytucji:
- Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Opolskiego (ul. Hallera 9, 45-867 Opole lub drogą mailową: zesmakiem@opolskie.pl)
- Opolskiego Ośrodka Doradztwa Rolniczego w Łosiowie (ul. Główna 1, 49-330 Łosiów lub drogą mailową: sekretariat@oodr.pl).
