Przyznanie nagrody w konkursie pn. Lew Opolskiej Turystyki

Zgodnie § 8 ust.1, 2 Regulaminu konkursu „Lew Opolskiej Turystyki” stanowiącego załącznik do Uchwały nr 10316/2023 Zarządu Województwa Opolskiego z dnia 28 sierpnia 2023 r.

Wnioski mogą składać:

a) osoby fizyczne, prawne i inne podmioty, w szczególności jednostki samorządu terytorialnego, Organizacje pozarządowe, uczelnie, kościoły i związki wyznaniowe, państwowe i samorządowe instytucje kultury, wspólnoty mieszkaniowe, spółki prawa handlowego,

b) wnioski mogą składać zarówno Kandydaci, jak również w imieniu Kandydatów, po uzyskaniu ich zgody, osoby i podmioty wskazane w podpunkcie a

Wymagania i potrzebne dokumenty:

wniosek stanowiący załącznik do Regulaminu Konkursu „Lew Opolskiej Turystyki”

Miejsce składania dokumentów:

Wnioski o przyznanie nagrody należy składać w formie pisemnej w Punkcie Kancelaryjnym Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Opolskiego przy ul. Piastowskiej 14 – Ostrówek, lub w sekretariacie komórki organizacyjnej właściwej do spraw turystyki przy ul. Żeromskiego 3 w Opolu.

W przypadku wysłania wniosku drogą pocztową, decyduje data wpływu wniosku do Urzędu w terminie wskazanym w ogłoszeniu
